Machine Learning Data Prediction

In this blog we will be looking at very small example of machine learning in order to understand how it work,

we have data set as per below table which have home price bases on area.

2600 550000
3000 565000
3200 610000
3600 680000
4000 725000

Now , basis on this table we need to find the price of home if the area is 3200 and 5000 .

Remember we don`t have the formula as here we will be doing this with only existing data to understand ML

Watcher on Python ( with voice )

In Today`s world we are currently getting engaged in lost of automation and AI environment whether it is an mobile app or workstations. So in the same context i am sharing Watcher method based on python lang. which can help you get voice notification with email on a change/updation of data with background activity.

Watcher is term used in guard level for keeping eye on some movement and here it doing same thing on folders /share drive/website or any thing that you relate with your creative mind.

Let`s jump on the uses/advantages:

  • we can align and run the script in background with almost 0 % CPU utilisation which can allow you work on different application without any hanging issue.
  • it will keep an eye on located section so whenever data is created or modified you will get to know by notification.
  • It uses email and voice method to inform the user.
  • You can still write code and run as this script will be running in background which make it more powerful as compared to VBA/Excel/Access macro.

Present days most of the companies are working on Data Lake concept to consolidate there existing data bases which are residing in there sub units or department or  process.

In term of consolidation most of technique include SAS , macro or automation,RPA
where SAS & RPA  is not being used by every company so there are cases where automation ,macro are now being written by developer to consolidate all data but again that time consuming .

In order to simplify all aspect and work i have build a solution to eliminate time consuming macro writing (automation) for consolidation and refining all unstructured data at no cost because it is absolutely free...

*Here unstructured data mean is where you don`t know where is the header in the whole worksheet or any type of database but what you know is the name of column name or data schema.  



Today on 10th Dec 2018 i am launching this tool in public which i have build this tool on python which again platform independent, so go ahead and try it and let me know if you require any amendment as per your requirement.

In most of the daily work environment we use MS outlook to send/receive email with attachment in
which we might need to save specific attachment in folder one by one .

In our case we were facing that above mentioned issue which we generalise to base level where user can extract or download attachment in a user specific folder and with specific subject text or contain text.

Python - Tuples

A tuple is a sequence of immutable Python objects. Tuples are sequences, just like lists. The differences between tuples and lists are, the tuples cannot be changed unlike lists and tuples use parentheses, whereas lists use square brackets.

Creating a tuple is as simple as putting different comma-separated values. Optionally you can put these comma-separated values between parentheses also. For example −

tup1 = ('physics', 'chemistry', 1997, 2000);tup2 = (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 );tup3 = "a", "b", "c", "d";
The empty tuple is written as two parentheses containing nothing −

tup1 = ();
To write a tuple containing a single value you have to include a comma, even though there is only one value −

tup1 = (50,);
Like string indices, tuple indices start at 0, and they can be sliced, concatenated, and so on.

Accessing Values in Tuples
To access values in tuple, use the square brackets for slicing along with the index or indices to obtain value available at that index. For example −

Updating Tuples
Tuples are immutable which means you cannot update or change the values of tuple elements. You are able to take portions of existing tuples to create new tuples as the following example demonstrates −

# Following action is not valid for tuples

# So let's create a new tuple as follows

When the above code is executed, it produces the following result −

Delete Tuple Elements
Removing individual tuple elements is not possible. There is, of course, nothing wrong with putting together another tuple with the undesired elements discarded.

To explicitly remove an entire tuple, just use the del statement. For example −

This produces the following result. Note an exception raised, this is because after del tup tuple does not exist any more −

NameError: name 'tup' is not defined
Basic Tuples Operations
Tuples respond to the + and * operators much like strings; they mean concatenation and repetition here too, except that the result is a new tuple, not a string.

In fact, tuples respond to all of the general sequence operations we used on strings in the prior chapter −

Indexing, Slicing, and Matrixes
Because tuples are sequences, indexing and slicing work the same way for tuples as they do for strings. Assuming following input −

L = ('spam', 'Spam', 'SPAM!')


Python Expression Results Description
L[2] 'SPAM!' Offsets start at zero
L[-2] 'Spam' Negative: count from the right
L[1:] ['Spam', 'SPAM!'] Slicing fetches sections
No Enclosing Delimiters
Any set of multiple objects, comma-separated, written without identifying symbols, i.e., brackets for lists, parentheses for tuples, etc., default to tuples, as indicated in these short examples −

Scan PDF using Python -Python module for converting PDF to text

All of you must be familiar with what PDFs are. In-fact, they are one of the most important and widely used digital media.  PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It uses .pdf extension. It is used to present and exchange documents reliably, independent of software, hardware, or operating system.
Invented by Adobe, PDF is now an open standard maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). PDFs can contain links and buttons, form fields, audio, video, and business logic.

In the below Example we are just extracting my Airtel Receipt text from PDF with the help ofPython lib "PyPDF2"

Read Data from Outlook using Python

When you start e-mail marketing , You need opt-in email address list. You have opt-in list. You are using email client software and If you can export your list from your email client, You will have good list.
Now I am trying to explain my codes to write all emails into test file from your outlook profile.
First you should import win32com.client, You need to install pywin32
pip install pywin32
